We got together on January 18 to share this warming and spicy meal:
Pappadoms were a hit for our starter. We got them from an Indian grocery store and popped them in the microwave.
Main course was Chana Masala, a mild chickpea curry which we served on basmati rice, with roasted squash and cucumber raita.
For dessert, Warm Spiced Apples on vanilla frozen yogurt.
Our meal was vegetarian and gluten-free, and dessert was sweetened with dates, no added sugar.
