We celebrated St. Patrick’s Day a couple of days early, with this menu:

(No picture, because ours didn’t turn out exactly right.  It still tasted good, but it didn’t look like the picture in the cookbook. If you make this at home, here’s a tip:  Step 4, Remove from heat, is really important.  We’ll post a picture when we make this again.)
