Halifax Supper Club #10

It was the hottest day of the summer so far, and we’d chosen to make risotto: lots of stirring over a hot stove, which also happened to have dessert in the oven.  But we managed, and it was all worth it.  We used lots of seasonal ingredients from the Farmers Market to make this delicious meal (click on the links to get the recipes):
