Thursday Lunch Club, #7

Sixteen of us got together on Nov.6 and made this for lunch:

Grilled Cheese Sandwiches and Coleslaw with Creamy Lemon Dill Dressing

… and for dessert, we used Justin & Jennifer’s Yonanas machine to make fruity “ice cream” with frozen bananas and mango.

Topped with crunchy maple-pecan granola and a drizzle of maple syrup, you could even eat this for breakfast!

Just frozen bananas, but put them through the Yonanas and it comes out like banana ice cream.

We each made our own sandwich, with the extras we like:

bacon, apples slices, chutney, ham, mushrooms, red peppers or hot peppers.

 

 

 

 

 

The Yonanas machine was a lot of fun — now everybody wants one for Christmas.
