Thursday Lunch Club, #9

Fourteen of us got together to make this comfort food lunch (because who doesn’t need comfort food in November?)

We used whole wheat macaroni, and added veggies.  One dish had broccoli and cauliflower, and the other had red & green peppers and sundried tomatoes.





                                                        Apple slices with Salted Caramel Dip
