Raspberry Sauce

This is so simple, yet so delicious — tastes like summer!

Serves 4

Kitchen equipment

  • Blender
  • Measuring spoons, measuring cup

Ingredients

  • 1½ cups fresh raspberries
  • 2 Tbs maple syrup
  • ½ tsp vanilla

Instructions

Combine all ingredients in a blender and process until smooth.

Here’s our raspberry sauce over a flourless chocolate cupcake…

… and over mango “ice cream” (frozen mangos put through the Yonanas machine) and topped with toasted pecans.
