Lunch Club #2 / 2015

We braved torrential rain to get to Lunch Club yesterday and make this seasonal lunch using Nova Scotia potatoes and apples:

Baked Latkes with applesauce                                  Waldorf Salad


We used Paula Reds and McIntoshes in our applesauce — just apples, no added sugar.


We added dried cranberries to our Waldorf Salad. Not traditional, but a nice Nova Scotian touch.

Cooking together


We managed to break TWO apples coring devices.
