Lunch Club #6 / 2015

There were only 10 of us at Lunch Club today, but we made 3 gorgeous quiches, and Warm Spiced Apples for dessert.

Bacon-rosemary-green onion with swiss cheese, Carmelized onion-thyme with goat cheese, and Mushroom-red pepper-parmesan. The flavour combinations were chosen by our cooks, and they were all delicious.

We served our quiche with garlic bread and coleslaw.

Warm spiced apples are sweetened with a few dates. Cloves, cinnamon and cardamom made a Christmassy scent, as they simmered on the stove.
