Halifax Supper Club, June 2016

Lots of fresh, locally-grown fruits and vegetables in the market now, so we used lots of them to make this party menu:

Pita Pizza


We each made our own pizza, with the toppings we like.

Market Salad, with Simple Vinaigrette




…with chive blossoms & tamari-toasted sunflower seeds

Yonanas Sundaes, with Chocolate Sauce and Raspberry Sauce








We turned frozen bananas, strawberries and mango into delicious fruity ice cream, then added our own toppings.



We were celebrating Andrew‘s birthday, so he chose the menu.  It got a thumbs up!
